At 14:35 PM, the two sides held a brief talk, and put forward valuable constructive opinions on how to rely on the existing scientific and technological resources of Guangdong Meiwei Yuan Flavor Co., Ltd. and other enterprises to vigorously promote the development of the sauce industry and the whole oyster industry chain.

Subsequently, under the guidance of Mr. Chen Zhiguang, chairman of Guangdong Meiweiyuan Spices Co., LTD., the group visited the sauce technology center,sauce roasting workshop, cooling room, ingredients room and an environmentally friendly treatmentsystem worth millions of yuan.


According to the description of Mr. Chen Zhiguang, Meiweiyuan was built and put into operation in April 2005. Up to now, it has 67 acresof garden-type factory,more than 25,000 square meters of construction area, and an annual capacity of 25,000 tons; For theentire production and processing system, Mr. Yao Liming said that it is a "conscience enterprise".



When visiting the sauce warehouse, in the face of rows of sauce products with the label of the kitchen boss, everyone said that the kitchen boss should strengthen the transportation and service system under the premise of having the current market visibility,in order to become a more influential brand in the heart of the restaurant.


When asked about the future planning, the kitchen boss said: the company currently has more than 1500 square meters of catering applicationdisplay center, with services and research and development team of nearly 100 people, mainly around the concept of "super dishes" research and development and deep digging, the future is based on this concept, the implementation of floor-to-ceiling service, hand to hand to solve the catering people's business problems.
